| InstructionsCook rice and keep it aside. Pour 1 cup of curd, 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp salt to the rice and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it pops, add urud dal, red chillies and roast fully and then add a pinch of asafoetida. Add this to the curd rice and mix well.Serve hot. | ||
