Choclate Sauce

Serve with ice creams puddings.

Ingredients milk 300 ml sugar 45 gms butter 10gms cocoa powder 15 gms corn flour 15 gms
Instructions WITH COCOA 1.Dilute cornflour and cocoa with a little cold milk. 2.Boil remaing milk. Pour over cornflour mixture. 3.Return to the pan. 4.Stir it starts boil. 5.Mix the sugar and butter.

Roast cumin seeds on a warm griddle before dry grinding to get a better flavour and grind faster.
