| InstructionsFry the chews and raisins in ghee, keep a side. In a vassal put milk, washed rice and chana dal. Allow to cook till milk becomes thick and rice and dal is cooked. Then add jaggery again to cook for 5-7 mins. Add fry chews, raisins and cardamom powder. Remove from the gas and let the pogali cool. | ||
