| InstructionsCut tomatoes into small pieces. Heat little oil and put mustard. Allow it to splutter. Add curry leaves. Then add tomato, crushed garlic fry for a while. Add 1-2 cups of water, tamarind juice and salt. Allow the tomatoes to cook. Once the tomatoes are cooked to tender, add rasam powder and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. If needed, you may add additional asafetida at this point. Add the coriander leaves and turn off the heat. | ||
