| InstructionsHeat oil in a pan and fry onion, green chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves till the onion turns it's color. Then add red chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and fry for a minute. Add tomato and fry well. Then add grated beetroot and fry for a while. Add 2nd coconut milk and cook well. Then add salt and 1st coconut milk and stir well. Donot boil it. Remove from fire and mix well. | ||
