Eggless - Orange Cake

Cake is made without eggs

Ingredients Maida-1cup Condensed Milk-1/2cup Orange Juice-250ml Orange Essence-1 or 2 drops Baking Powder-1Teaspoon Baking Soda-1Teaspoon Butter-100gm(1stick) Powdered Sugar-1/2cup
Instructions 1.Microwave butter for 30sec(high) till it becomes liquid 2.Add condensed milk, Orange juice and Orange essence to butter and keep aside. 3.Sift Maida, Baking Powder, Baking soda and sugar in a bowl. 4.Mix 3 and 4 and transfer to a greased bowl(microwave safe) and Microwave it high for about 7 min. 5.You can decorate the cake with store bought icing after the cake cools down. Note: In case if u have Microwave of power 900 watts and above the time is 7 min. If the power of Microwave is 700-800watts the time is around 11min.
