As \'First layer\' i usually use potatoes. Need to make round slices of potatoes with skin on and fry gently on both sides and sprinkle salt. Use this as first layer. Potatoes slices take the heat and do not burn rice or chicken. When serving the potatoes are nice and crispy. | |
