Put paneer and sugar in a mixer and blend it well.
Take small heavy bottemed pan and put the mango pulp. Stire over low heat, till slightly thickens. Set aside.
In another pan, put paneer mixture and keep stirring over low heat till its keeps falling to the center. Add mango pulp, increase the flame and keep stirring to form a smooth ball. Remove and sprinkle cardamom powder and cool. Use a mango mould to get the currect shape. Dust with cardamom powder on top.
