Ingredients

Chicken 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Green chiilies 4
Ginger 1 big piece
Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Red onions 20
Yogurt 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required


Directions

Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Cut it in to small pieces and cook and keep it aside. Meanwhile grind mint leaves, coriander leaves green chillies, cumin seeds and red onions. Make a paste of ginger and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry till its smell goes. Add grinded paste, chicken, turmeric powder and enough salt. Finally add yoghurt. Cook till its gravy become thick. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

To take away traces of bitterness in tomatoes, add a bit of sugar to them.
