Cashewed Cauliflower

Ingredients

cauliflower- 1/2
cashew nut- 1 small packet
onion finely chopped-1/2
pepper -1/3 teaspoon
gram masala powder- 1/4
green chillies chopped- 3
Oil
salt to taste


Directions

Take oil in a pan

Add chopped green chilly, chopped onions, cashewnuts and season them in the oil till it turns light brown.

Then grind well in a grinder and make a paste of the three 1) green chilly 2) onion and 3) cashew nuts

Again take some more oil in the pan and season the finely chopped cauliflower, till it fries lightly.

After a light fry, add the grinded paste and mix it well in the pan. Add salt, pepper and garam masala a bit and stir it for about 6 minutes. Serve hot.

Tips of the day
Leftover chappathies can be cut into small diamond shaped pieces with a pair of kitchen scissors and deep fried till golden brown. Store in air-tight containers.
