Ingredients

One whole chicken cut into small cubes
Onion 2
Capsicum 1
Soya sauce 3 tbs
Tomato sauce 4 tbs
Chili sauce 3 tbs
Ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilies 5
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tbs
Salt as per taste
Oil as required


Directions

Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces. Then add little water and cook chicken pieces. Then add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt and chilli sauce. Mix well. Then add chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a while. Then add onion, capsicum and green chillies. Add stock or water and cook well till its gravy become thick. Add pepper powder. If the gravy is not thick enough, take one tablespoon corn flour and mix it with a little of water and pour in the chicken gravy.
