Sweet Coconut Stuffed Dosa

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Rice flour 4 tsps
Rava 4 tsps
Coconut 1 cup finely grated
Sugar 4 tbsp
Cardamom powdered 1/2 tsp
Ghee as required
Raisins 1/2 cup
Milk enough to make dough


Directions

Mix sugar, coconut and raisins together and keep it aside.

In a bowl take wheat flour, rice flour and rava. Add milk to this mixture slowly and mix it well with out forming any lumps till it gets consistency of dosa batter. Add cardamon and 2 tbsp sugar and mix well.Add water to this mixture slowly and mix it well till it gets consistency of dosa batter.

Spread a big spoon full of the above batter on a hot non-stick pan, and put 1 tsp of ghee around it. Let it cook on this side for a few minutes, and then turn over to the other side, and put 1 tsp of ghee around it. 3. When it is golden brown, put a large spoonful of coconut mix and fold the dosa in half. Leave for one more minute and serve hot.
