Palak Panir

Healthy and tasty dish goes with rotis and naan.

Ingredients

Spinach(palak) 500 gms
Panir 200 gms
Garlic 2 pods
Onions 200 gms
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil 50 ml
Cream or malai 25 ml
Kasturi methi 20 gms
Green chilles 4 no


Directions

Cut panir in to cubes. Wash and drain spinach blanch for 5 minutes strain and blend in a mixer. Heat fat. Add chopped garlic, onions, green chilles, add spinach puree and kasturi methi. Saute till the mixture is alomost dry. Add cream blend well. Add panir cubes. Serve it hot with rotis.

Tips of the day
To remove excess salt in any gravy,make some tiny balls of roti dough and let them simmer with the gravy. They absorb excess salt.Remove them before serving.
