Directions
1...In a glass bowl ,beat the whipping cream and keep it aside.
2...In another bowl mix the sugar,curd and strawberry essence till the sugar dissolves.
3...To the above mixture add the melted agar agar and the cream, mix and pour half of the mixture to a cake mould and spread some strawberries on its top .Then add the rest of the cake mixture above the strawberries.Keep the mould in fridge for about 30minutes to set.
4...Take out the mould and demould it to a serving dish.
5...Melt some white chocolate and pour it over the cake to cover it .Then spread some kiwi&strawberry crushes on the chocolate to decorate it .
