Chilled Fruit Salad

Very easy salad to make.

Ingredients

Mixed diced fruits 4 cups
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Condensed milk 4 tbsp
Cream 4 tsp
Honey 4 tsp
Salt a pinch


Directions

1.Mix in the lemon juice into the mixed diced fruits and refrigerate till serving time.
2.At serving time, mix in the condensed milk, salt and serve in individual bowls topped with cream and honey.

Tips:Use mango, banana, stewed peaches and apples depending on availability.

Tips of the day
To remove excess salt in any gravy,make some tiny balls of roti dough and let them simmer with the gravy. They absorb excess salt.Remove them before serving.
