Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 cup
Water enough to make a dough
Salt as per taste
Oil 2 tsp


Directions

Take wheat flour in a container and add water and salt. Mix it well. Add little more water if necessary and stir well to form a loose batter . Heat dosa pan and spread the paste over it. Make the dosa thin. When the base is golden brown,turn the side and cook well.

Serve hot with Sambar ,coconut chutney or tomato chutney.

Tips of the day
If you have forgotten to soak chana overnight, just put the chana in a boiling water for an hour. They are ready for cooking.
