Ingredients

Ragi - 2 cups

Jaggery - 2 cups

Ghee - 3 tspn

Powdered Cardamom - 1/4 tsp


Directions

Fry the ragi in a spoon of ghee till the raw smell goes off. Remove from fire and shift it to a wide bowl and add the jaggery to it. Mix well. Add the cardomom powder.and mix again. Take a handful and make them into balls. if required add the remaining ghee as required.

Tips of the day
To cook dal quickly, add little turmeric powder and oil to the dal before putting it in the cooker.
