Potato Fingers

Ingredients

Potatoes - 2 nos

Nutmeg powder - 2 pinches

Salt - to taste

Ghee- 3 tblsps


Directions

1.Semi cook the potatoes with skin,in a tumbler of water.
2.After that peel the skin and grate it nicely.
3.Put little ghee in a pan and put the grated potatoe,little salt and nutmeg powder.
4.After making one side as golden brown,turn down the other side and make that side also as golden brown.(It will look like egg omlet.
5.After that cut it into small bars and serve it.

Tips of the day
Excess salt in any dish can be brought down by adding diced potatoes, tomatoes or a teaspoon of sugar.
