Heat a pan with oil and add the onions. Fry till it turns color. Add tomatoes, salt, add all the powders.
Steam all the other vegetables seperately and add them to the onion mixture.
Add a cup of water and let it cook to boiling consistency.
With a potato masher keep mashing the mixture and let it cook nicely. When all the vegetables are cooked thoroughly garnish with coriander and lemon juice
Serve with Pav.
For the pavs:
Potato rolls or sandwich bread or Dinner rolls can be used as pavs.
Slit Open the dinner rolls. Apply butter in the inside and microwave for 30 sec. Serve hot with Bhajji.
Enjoy it as a snack or a complete meal.
