Bread vada

Easy vada made with bread.

Bread slices 12
Green chillies 5
Onions 2
Rice Flour 2 tbsp
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste.


Chop the onions finely. Cut chillies into round pieces. Mix bread slices, onions, chopped curry leaves, chillies and salt. Add rice flour to the this. Mix along with little amount of water and consistency should be like ordinary vada. Make small balls and give them the shape of Uzhunnuvada. Deep fry in oil.

Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.
