Raspberry Jelly Pudding


Raspberry jelly Powder - 3 tsp
Gelatin - 1 tsp
Water - 1 glass
Egg white - 3
Icing sugar - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup


Boil 1 cup water and remove it from the flame. Add gelatin and dissolve in it completely. Add jelly powder and mix it until dissolved. Let it cool.

In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Add icing sugar (powdered sugar) and continue beating. Then add fresh cream and beat well. Gradually add jelly mix to it, beating constantly. Keep it in to the refrigerate till set. Decorate with cashew nuts and cherries.
