Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken 3/4 cup
Thanthoori masala 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Ginger 1 big piece
Garlic 4 cloves
Curd 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required


Directions

Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Marinate the pieces with curd. Allow it to stand for 2 hours.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry till its smell goes. Add red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, thanthoori masala and enough salt and fry for sometime. Then add chicken pieces and cook in low flame till it is done.
