Kadalakka Pola

Ingredients

Bengal gram (kadala) 3/4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Eggs 10
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 4
Ghee 1 tsp


Directions

Cook bengal gram with enough water in a pressure cooker. Then strain it and grind it with 1 cup milk and keep aside.

In another vesel beat 10 eggs well. Add sugar and beat again. Add cardamom and bengal gram and milk mix and beat again.

Heat a pressure pan. When it is really hot add a tsp of ghee and spread it all the sides. Add half of the mix and cover it and cook it in slow flame for 15 minutes with out weight. Cut it and serve. Repeat the same for the remaing mix.
