Caramel Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients

Condensed milk 1 tin
Milk 1 tin
Eggs 3
Lime Juice 1 tsp
Vanila essence 1 tsp
Pinneapple 1
Sugar 10 tbsp


Directions

Beat the Condensed milk, milk and egg yorks well. Mix throughly. Add the essence and lime juice and beat again. Then pour it in to a baking dish and bake it for 30 minutes.

Chop the pineapple in to small pieces. Then add 6 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 cups of water and pressure cook it for 15 minutes. Add this to the above baked pudding.

Caramalised 2 tbsp of sugar in a vessel and add to the pineapple mixture.

Beat the egg whites with suger adding little by little till it becomes fluffy.

Speard this again on the top of the pudding and bake it for 5 minutes till its top become golden brown in color.

Refrigerate the pudding for 30 minutes.
