Fish Nuggets

Ingredients

3 pounds fish
Pepper Powder as required
Salt as required
4 tbsp cornflour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Oil for frying


Directions

Any kind of firmer fish like king fish can be used for this.

Cook fish with salt and pepper.Remove the bones and skin and gently mash it using hand. Add enough cornflour and mix well. Take small round balls and then make nut shapes. Take a bowl, then beat the eggs and in another plate take bread crumbs. Dip this nut shaped fish mixture in the egg mixture and then put bread crumbs on both sides of the it. Now deep fry them in oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain well on paper towels.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
