Kothu Chappathi
Ingredients
Chappathi pieces cut in legthwise 1 cup
Potato (boiled) 2
Green chilly 3
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chicken 1/2 cup
Small onion 10
Clove 2
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon stick 1
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Egg scrambled 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and fry clove, cardamom and cinnamon till its colur changes. Then add Onions and fy till golden brown. Then add redchilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Add coriander leaves, scrambled egg and chappathi pieces and mix well.
Note:You can add any cooked vegitables and cooked bornless chicken in it and mix well.
