Coconut Dates
Ingredients
Dates 1 cup
Greated coconut 2 cups
Unsalted butter 2 tbsp
Almonds 10
Directions
Remove dates seeds and crush in a mixer grinder.
Microwave coconut 3/4 minutes on high power and make powder of it and keep aside.
In a medium saute pan, melt butter and add almonds and rost it. Remove from butter and keep aside. Add the crushed dates over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Take each date and form into circle shape. Place an almond in the center of the date and make balls then proceed to roll in coconut. Repeat with remaining dates.
Serve immediately, or cover and store on counter top for up to 3 days.
Note:- You can also use nuts instead of almond.
