Jackfruit Appam
Ingredients
Chakka varatty - 12 tbsp
Rice flour -1 cup
Dried coconut pieces - 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder a pinch
Oil as required
Water as required
Directions
Mix the chakka varatty, rice flour, coconut pieces, cardamom powder into a medium thick batter using enough water.
Heat oil in a Unniappam making vessel. When it boils, pour the mix to each hole. Fry both the sides till golden brown.
