Gulab Jammun

Ingredients

mawa 100gms
sugar 100gms
cardamoms(crushed) 2 pinches
water 35 ml
rose water 5 drops
soda bicabonate a small pinch
fat 200 ml


Directions

1.Preapre a syrup of one string conistency with water and sugar and add the rose water.

2.take mawa . Add crushed cardamoms,and a little cold water in which the soda bicarbonate has been dissolved.

3.Make a dough without kneading.

4.Divide into equal portions and shape into small balls.

5.Fry in deep fat till light brown. The frying should be done on a very slow fire and fat should be stirred constantly.

6.Remove, cool for short while and put into the cold syrup.
