Ingredients

Eggs 4
Flour 2 tablspns
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheese -2cubes
Onion 1 cut into fine rings
Capsicum cut into fine slices
Tomato cut into thin slices


Directions

Beat eggs with salt and pepper. Blend in the flour and make a batter of pouring consistency. Heat a pan and pour a spoonfull of batter and make a pancake. Turn the pancake over. Top it with grated cheese and the vegetables. Cook covered on low heat for 1 min. Serve hot.
