Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
Butter / ghee 2 tbspn
Brown sugar 2 tbspn
Honey 2 tspn
Ripe Bananas 2
Directions
Peel, slic banana to lengthwise in half and cut into crosswise.
In a pan,melt the butter/ghee on medium heat.Add the brown sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add the bananas and cook, stirring for 3 minutes when sugar caramelizes and is bubbling add honey and shake the pan to get bananas coated with sugar and honey syrup.
Remove from fire and leave it to cool
Serve as it is or chill in refrigerator and serve.
