Okra Kichadi
Ingredients
Okra 15
Green Chillies 4
Mustard Seed 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilly 3
Yogurt (Curd)1 Cup
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Curry leaves a few
Oil as required
Directions
Cut okra into rounds shape. Fry okra and green chillies in some oil till it gets real brown. Keep it aside. Grind coconut, green chillies and mustard seeds and mix this with yogurt and salt well. Add fried okra in to the yogurt and mix well. Fry the Mustard seed and red chillies and curry leaves in oil and add that in to above mixture. Mix well.
