Carrot 65

Ingredients

Carrots cut into thin round circles 2 cup
Maida 1/2 cup
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Curry leaves a few
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Directions

Mix maida, gramflour, ginger-garlic paste, salt chili powder, curd in a bowl along with water and make a fine batter.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, dip the carrot circles in the batter and fry in oil until golden brown.

Heat 2 tsp of oil in another pan and fry the green chilies cut in lengthwise and curry leaves for a while. Also add fried carrot circles and fry for some more minutes.

Remove and serve hot with rice or Biriyani.
