Watermelon Salad
Ingredients
Watermelons 500g
Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
Lime juice as per taste
Salt a pinch
Freshly ground black pepper a pinch
Directions
Remove skin, seeds and the white part from the watermelon. Cut into bite size pieces. Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Drizzle lime juice over and season with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with whole sprigs of mint. Serve chilled.
