Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

Minced skinless boneless chicken 1 lb
Chopped onions 2 cup
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chicken masala 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 2 pinch
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Water half cup
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Puff pastry sheets-1(readymade)


Directions

Cook the minced chicken with pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. When it gets cooked make it dry.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry onion until it gets brown. Then add chopped ginger and chopped corriander leaves. Fry this for 5 minutes. Then add garam masala, chicken masala, corader powder and red chilly powder.

Then add the cooked dry minced chicken to the onion fry. Make this drier.
Cut the pastry sheet into the regular puffs shape,rectangular shape. Fill it wth the dry chicken masala . Seal it well. Spray the cooking spray on the puffs and bake this for 200 degree F for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven once it is golden colour and crisp on the outside.
