Tapioca Fry

Ingredients

Tapioca 2
Water as required
Salt as required


Directions

Peel the tapioca, cut in half, remove the center stem and cut it in about 9cm long pieces. Place them in boiling water with a little bit of salt. Let it cook till it is tender but be carefull not to over do it. The pieces have to be cooked but firm. Drain the pieces and let them cool. Then fry the pieces till golden brown. Put them on a kithen paper to absorb excess oil.Serve it hot.
