Peanut Chikki
Ingredients
100 Gms peanuts
100 Gms jaggery
1tbs water
Directions
Mix the water in jaggery and put it to heat. (Test by putting one drop of jaggery in water, the drop must harden immediately). Add the peanut and mix well. Immediately put in greased thali. Cool and cut into pieces.
