Crump Chops


1. 500gms meat minced
2. 1/2 cup onions chopped fine
1 dsp green cillies chopped
1 tsp ginger chopped fine
1/4 tsp pepper powder
vinegar and salt to taste
3. 2dsp maida
1/4 cup water
4. 1/4 cup bread crumps
5. 1 dsp oil after frying meat
6. 1/4 tsp chilli powder
7. 1 cup of water
8. 2 tsp.worcestershire sause


Mix minced meat and the ingredients of the second item and form into 18 squares.These squares should be thin.
Mix flour and water.Apply batter uniformly on meat squares and sprinkle bread crumps.Fry them in a little oil and drain.After coating the bread crumps, the meat squares should be fried immediately otherwise the chops will crumble.

Heat 1 tsp of oil and fry chilli powder over low fire,taking care not to burn it.Pour water and as it boils briskly reduce heat.Keep stirring and mix the sause and place the chops in it.Cook on slow flame.The pan may be covered with a deep lid containing water.When the meat is cooked keep the pan open and let the gravy become thick coating the chops.Remove and serve hot.
