Ingredients

Mushroom 3
Tomatoes 3
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste


Directions

Cook tomato and mushroom in 1 cup water. Then grind it in a mixi and strain it. Heat the soup with 1 cup water. Stir ocassionally. Add the cornflour which has been dissolved in 1/2 cup water to the soup so as to thicken it. Add salt and freshly ground pepper powder and cook till becomes thick.

Tips of the day
Add a few drops of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of ghee while steaming basmati rice to make it whiter and keep the rice unbroken.
