Ingredients

Crackjack Biscuit 1 packet
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 4tbsp
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Vanila Essence 1 tbsp
Condensed Milk 1/2 cup


Directions

Dissolve the custard powder in little cold milk and keep it aside. Heat the remaining milk to nearly boiling point and pour the above custard mix in to it and stirring well.Mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. When it is cooked well, add butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanila essence. Cool it. In a Vessal arrange 2 biscuits each in a row. Pour the custard mixture on the top of it. Sprinkle cashews on top of it and refrigerate for 2/3 hours. Serve cool.

Tips of the day
If the vegetables are not fresh, soak them in cold lemon water. They will become fresh again.
