Ingredients

Gulab jamun mix 1 packet
Water / Milk 50-60 ml
Sugar 300 g
Oil for frying


Directions

For every one cup of Gulab jamun mix add 1/3 cup of water/milk, mix gently and make dough without lumbs. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes and make small round balls. Fry the balls in moderately hot oil at low heat to get golden brown colourand soak in hot suger syrup.

For softer jamuns warm them in the syrup for 4 minutes.Put he jamuns in sugar syrup at least half an hour.

Preparation of Sugar Syrup
Dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.

Tips of the day
To neutralize burnt food odors in the house, mix 1/4 cup whole cloves with 1 cups water in a pan and bring to a boil. Simmer cloves for 30 minutes.
