Boil the eggs well and remove the shell and make slits with a knife.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions till golden brown. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile grind ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, green chillies and garam masala and keep it aside. When the tomatoes are well cooked add above grinded masala and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add enough water and boiled eggs. Bring to boil.Let it cook till greavy is thick. Add lemon juice and stir well. Remove from fire and garnish it with coriander leaves.
