Bottle Gourd Pakoda

Ingredients

1 mid size bottle gourd
1 cup gram flour
2 tsp rice flour
1 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
Green chilies 3
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Salt to taste


Directions

Wash, peel and grate the bottle gourd, and keep in a wide vessel

Mince one onion, garlic, green chili and coriander leaves. Mix the above, along with the gram flour and rice flour to grated bottle gourd. Add salt to taste. Mix it well to prepare a dough. The batter should not be too watery or thinck. Carefully, deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot with Ketchup.
