1.Chop onion, garlic, ginger and chillies. 2.Heat oil in a pan. 3.Add onion and saute well. 4.Add ginger, garlic and chillies. Then add chilly powder, salt, greated coconut and coriander leaves. 5.Add sliced burger loafs.Cook for sometime. 5.Remove sides of bread. Dip in water and squeese out excess water. Mix togethere the fried mixture and the scrumled bread pieces. Knead well. 6.Shape them into cutlet and shallow fry them.
