Hard boil egg and remove shell. Cut them lengthwise.
Make a batter with corn flour , rice flour and little salt with very little water. Dip each egg pieces in the batter and deep fry in oil. Keep it aside.
Now take a frying pan and heat oil. When the oil is very hot add the onions and saute till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute few minutes. Add chilli powder and the fried egg. Mix lightly. Add salt, soya sauce, coriander leaves and chilli sauce. Stir well. Cook for few more minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
