Ingredients

Maida 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 1 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Potato 2
Onion 1
Green chilli 4
Tumeric 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chicken 1 & 1/2 cups
Salt to taste


Directions

Mix maida, wheat flour and salt with water and make into a smooth dough. Keep it aside.Boil potatos seperately. Cook chichen pieces seperatly with salt and pepper.Heat oil in a Pan. Add the sliced onion and fry till it becomes brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Then add cooked chicken and pepper powder. Finally add the mashed potatoes mix it well. Put salt. At last put chopped coriander .Now the stuffing is ready.

Make small balls out of the dough and pat it with hand to make little bigger. In the middle place small lemon size stuffing and close it. Make chappathies and put it on the tawa. Cook till both sides are done.

Tips of the day
For retaining the green color of palak while cooking, put some salt while boling it .
