Ingredients

Capsicum 1

Onion 1

Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves a few

Curd 1 cup


Directions

Cut capsicum and onion into thin slices.

In a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add curry leaves, onions and fry till the onions turn golden brown. Add the capsicum and fry till they become soft. Let it cool a bit and add beaten curd and salt to taste.

Tips of the day
Leftover chappathies can be cut into small diamond shaped pieces with a pair of kitchen scissors and deep fried till golden brown. Store in air-tight containers.
