Num Num Pudding

Ingredients

Crackjack Biscuit 1 packet

Milk 1 cup

Sugar 4 tbsp

Custard powder 1 tbsp

Butter 2 tbsp

Vanila Essence 1 tbsp

Condensed Milk 1/2 cup


Directions

Dissolve the custard powder in little cold milk and keep it aside. Heat the remaining milk to nearly boiling point and pour the above custard mix in to it and stirring well. Mix thoroughly. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. When it is cooked well, add butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanila essence. Cool it. In a Vessal arrange 2 biscuits each in a row. Pour the custard mixture on the top of it. Sprinkle cashews on top of it and refrigerate for 2/3 hours. Serve cool.

Tips of the day
Add little milk to onions while frying will help retain a rich color and prevent them from burning.
