Hyderabad Ka Haleem (Mutton)

Ingredients

wheat 250 gms
mutton(without bones) 300gms
green chillies 20 gms
ginger 5 cm 2 pieces
garlic 6 flakes
limes 2
salt to taste
fat 100gms
garam masala 2 tsp
onions 100gms
turmeric 1/2 ts
coriander leaves 5 leaves


Directions

1.Debran the wheat wash soak cook till very soft and mash well.
2.Clean and cook mutton with salt till tender.M ince and grind to fine paste.
3.Grind ginger garlic and green chillies to a fine paste. Heat fat add finely sliced onions, fry till brown. Add the spices and ground mutton. Fry for sometime.
4.Add mashed wheat and salt. Cook on slow fire till it leaves the side with oil. Add lime juice.
5.Garnish with coriander leaves and finely sliced onions. Serve with fresh salad and nan or roti.

Tips of the day
If the vegetables are not fresh, soak them in cold lemon water. They will become fresh again.
