Aata 2 cups

Oil 5 tsp

Water as required

Salt as per taste


Mix flour {aata}with water and salt.Mix it properly and make into a smooth dough. Then make small rolls and make them like puries. Place these on tawa and cook both sides by adding little oil.

Tips of the day
To remove excess salt in any gravy,make some tiny balls of roti dough and let them simmer with the gravy. They absorb excess salt.Remove them before serving.
